APRIL CHANGES TO THE NATIONAL LIVING WAGE
From 1 April 2016 the National Living Wage will become law. You must make sure you follow these four simple steps.
1) Know the correct rate of pay
2) Find out which staff are eligible for the new rate
3) Update the company payroll in time for 1 April 2016
4) Communicate the changes to staff as soon as possible
